Order Processing and Shipping
GREENNEST TECHNOLOGY LLC uses YunExpress for order delivery.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Processing time is the time needed to prepare and hand the parcel to the carrier and does not include transit time.
Delivery time
After shipment, delivery is expected within 1–5 business days. Delivery estimates begin when the parcel is handed to YunExpress. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs review, an incorrect address, or other circumstances outside our control may affect the actual delivery date.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address associated with the order. Tracking updates may require additional time to appear after shipment.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.
